A very pleasant and value for money stay in the center of Manhattan. Getting to the hotel was super easy, as central station (Penn Station) is a 6 minutes walk. Many central Manhattan attractions are within walking distance so we used the Subway only to get to Uptown or Downtown Manhattan. The room was not big, but it was more than enough for a good night rest. Nice and tidy hotel lounge, where you can enjoy your breakfast/drink. There is the option to purchase snacks at the ground floor and there is also a coffee machine, however, they cost minimum 5$ each. There is a water fountaian where you can refill your water bottles for free. Would definitely recommend the hotel for travelers with a budget who prioritize spending on New York attractions rather than a luxurious hotel stay.

Staff were great. They made me feel welcome. They were able to hold my luggage until the room was ready (I arrived early). The facilities were clean and modern. The room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. They also included two refillable water bottles and a bag with snacks with a welcoming note.The location was awesome and very convenient. It was close to many iconic places in the city, public transportation, restaurants, and shopping stores. I also felt safe as they closed doors at 9:00 pm and only guests have access to the hotel. A room card is also needed to access the elevator. Bar and restaurant also at the hotel in case you preferred to stay in.

The location was right in the heart of the city near Time square. Room was modern and very clean. Appreciated the coffee and tea making facilities. Bathroom toiletries were great and saved me using my own. Stayed for 3 nights and room replenished every day. Was able to store my luggage upon checkin as i arrived early and then also when i checked out as i had a late flight. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Interior of room and public areas were furnished to a high standard and it was a pleasure to spend time there. I would recommend this hotel!

No need to climb over each other to get out of bed and a seperated bathroom incl. sink inside (!) (does not come natural in NY) Generally very clean, room has hard flooring (no scruffy carpets), quiet (for NY standards) and great value-price relation

Walking distance to Port Authority Bus terminal and to Penn Station, what helps a lot every single day. Water / sparkling water available to customers; Praise for the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the shower among other good points.
